Where's the problem?

How do potholes form?

Water collects and softens the subsoil — a small hole quickly becomes a big one.

Why doesn't a straight blade help?

Material simply runs off to the side instead of being carried along the track.

Track with puddles and ruts

Why is it worse in winter?

Frozen ground can't bear the load — tyres press the subsoil into ruts.

What does that cost in the end?

Small damage quickly becomes expensive — constant patching instead of doing it right once.

The V-shape makes the difference.

Material is collected instead of pushed aside — picked up where there's too much, placed where it's missing. No sliding away, no rework.

VGrader V-shape from above

Perfect results. Every time.

The VGrader's V-shape distributes and compacts material optimally. The result: stable tracks, less maintenance effort.

The V12 ripper loosens and breaks up the material in the middle of the track — the VGrader immediately picks it back up and processes it along. The result: a perfect outcome at a working speed of 15–20 km/h.

The perfect combo

Up to 2.30 m working width — the largest version in the VGrader range.

Reinforced frame for high loads in daily continuous use.

At the joint, a grease-filled pivot bolt lets the blade adapt smoothly to the ground — low-maintenance, with no constant readjusting.

Free mounting via the top link — adapts to many tractors.

12 tines loosen and break up growth in the middle of the track. Made from hardened material for long service life.

Spring-mounted — protects the machine and ground from stones and unevenness.

Breaks up and splits the material at the front at around 20 km/h — in the same pass it's picked back up and recycled at the rear.

Can also be used on its own — independent of the VGrader.

Our partner for the carrier tractor — reliable in continuous use.

Around 105 hp — enough power for the VGrader and V12 ripper at the same time.

Pulls the perfect combination of V12 ripper and VGrader 2.0 230K at the same time.

Continuously variable transmission for precise, constant working speed.

The V12 ripper at the front. The VGrader 2.0 230K at the back. Both working at once, at around 15 km/h — one pass, one result. You don't see that everywhere.

More about the combo

The right fit for every track

Whether farming, contracting or local authority — the VGrader adapts to your area of use.

For farmers

Less material needed, fewer passes, more time for the farm instead of track maintenance.

For contractors

Simple and easy for anyone to operate — no special expertise needed, ready to go on customer jobs right away.

For municipal yards & local authorities

In most local authorities, only a small part of the track network is maintained and re-graveled each year. With the VGrader, the entire network can be kept in shape with far less effort and no specialist staff of your own.
